What is PowerCAMP?
PowerCAMP is a revolutionary, in-gym and
outdoor training program specifically designed to improve athletic
performance and reduce injuries.
Modern athletic training has moved beyond the confines of the gym and
is performed utilizing a combination of techniques specifically
designed to optimize the athlete’s core stability, functional strength,
balance, speed and overall power production.
PowerCAMP will provide each athlete with a blueprint to improve

Why PowerCAMP?
Developing an athlete’s
potential is a continuous process that is driven by the improvement of
stamina, strength, agility, quickness and power. Currently offered
speed and agility programs require athletes to undertake additional
strength training to develop power production—the key component of
performance on the field. Often, it is self-directed weightlifting
that can lead to injury due to improper technique or overtraining, and
in many cases does not relate to the functional strength needed to
improve performance.
The PowerCAMP integrated approach reduces the training burden on
athletes, while focusing efforts on training activities that directly
relate to improved performance on the field of play—no matter what the
sport.
