Inspired Fitness has a class for everyone! We are excited to introduce Functional Foundations. This class is ideal for individuals that are just beginning to exercise, those that have been through an injury, and of course for our gracefully aging friends! Our knowledgable instructors will lay down fundamental movement patterns, stretch tight muscles, limber up tight joints, and build strength and endurance. A variety of props will be used to make the class fun and different each time to keep your mind and body improving with every movement. All ages welcome!
