Born and raised in Sonoma County, Sarah became certified to teach yoga in 2016 through Kranti Yoga in Goa, India. Her love for yoga was first sparked by its ability to get our bodies moving. However, it is the breath-body connection that keeps Sarah passionate about this practice. She believes that the physical practice of yoga has the ability to lift us out of stagnation and bring us into a more peaceful state of awareness. Sarah hopes that through this practice, you will connect deeper with your body, find peace of mind and create an intentional space to breathe both on and off your mat.
