There are few places I would like to be at 6am and it turns out Inspired Fitness is one of them. I first visited the gym for a TRX class to complement my yoga practice. I noticed I was becoming more flexible but did not have the strength I needed to prevent injury. After a few classes, I apprehensively ventured into Boot Camp and Spin Combo, and to my surprise, loved both the classes. Each class is unique and challenging but there is one common theme .. The instructors are always acknowledging our hard work and motivating us to keep going. Though I feel physically stronger, I think the best part of my membership is the sense of community they provide. Thank you for all you do ladies!
