Fitness had always been a central part of my life. I enjoy it not to look my best, but to FEEL my best! Before I had kids I spent hours on my bike, hiking in the park, in yoga classes, or at the gym. Now, as a part-time working mom, my fitness routine has taken on a different shape. You'll often find me on "tempo runs" chasing my 4 yr old on his bike and pushing my toddler in the stroller; walking on my lunch breaks; or working out in my living room during nap time. At the beginning of this year, I found IFTC and have begun taking my workouts to a new level. The instructors and staff are all so cheerful and friendly. They motivate and inspire me push just a little bit harder w/o compromising my form and I'm having a blast. I love my weekly workouts at IFTC! Bootcamp, TRX, Spin, P90X and PiYo have become "mommy time" favorites and I just can't get enough.
