I love Inspired Fitness! I have been a member for a year now and I must say that I have NEVER been this strong. To my surprise, I am now able to do push-ups, my least favorite exercise! Pilates with Lisa keeps me strong and limber; Boot Camp with Amira gets my heart revving with a variety of strength equipment; and Spin/TRX with Heather is well balanced for strength and cardio. Did I say strength enough? The instructors at Inspired Fitness are very experienced and are safety conscious too, making exercise quite fun, with the added bonus of encouragement to try one more time, to push a little bit harder, to not give up. I am just now 66 and hope to stay in good shape for the rest of my life. Thank you IF!
