Last summer I wandered into Inspired Fitness looking for a trainer to gain strength for a hiking trip to Bhutan in the Himalayas. I found sweet Ana and she skillfully trained me for ten weeks to prepare for the adventure.
Upon my return, I realized I wanted to continue weight training, cardio conditioning, goal setting, and gym discipline. I felt strong from twenty years of a consistent yoga practice, but the gym offered so many ways to increase overall fitness for me.
Inspired Fitness makes me feel welcome! I appreciate the staffs' care, enthusiasm, and positive energy. Every instructor makes me feel "seen" and finds a way to connect and encourage me personally. The programs are professional, safe and outstanding!
