Since I joined Inspired Fitness a year ago, I have been working out more intensely than I ever have in my life. I've gone to various other gyms over the years but being more of an awkward bookworm than an athlete, the typical gym environment never felt like a good fit for me. I would find a few things I knew how to do (or that were obvious) and do pretty much the same routine every time I went. Even though I could see the obvious benefits of exercise and liked the high I got from working out, I was never excited to go. Now I go to the gym 4 times a week and I always look forward to it. I love that Inspired Fitness is centered around classes. The workouts always vary, and even though there is a range of ages, genders, and fitness levels, we all seem to leave feeling both challenged and supported. I'm stoked to be a stronger, healthier, and more disciplined bookworm than before!
