The Body Blast Series is a full body series and is designed to give you a base of fitness and help you maintain it.  There are lots of options given in each workout with modifications and progressions provided for each move. These workouts meet YOU where you’re at in your current health and fitness program. Containing a combination of Cardio, Upper, Lower and Core, these workouts hit a variety of different protocols to keep your body guessing and get you great RESULTS!
