Roll and Release Workshop

Be guided through gentle Pilates & Yoga based movements and self myofascial release techniques. Give yourself a massage as you let go of what it not needed while improving your range of motion. Class will end with some simple stretches and easeful breath work to maintain muscle and joint fluidity.
