NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM CPR/AED,
A.S Natural Sciences, B.S Sports Science and Performance Programming

With over a decade of athletic and training experience, I help clients build confidence, develop resilience, and discover their “why” behind a healthy lifestyle. I earned my A.S in Natural Sciences at Santa Rosa Junior College, and my B.S in Sports Science and Performance Programming from Arizona State University, where my passion for fitness and nutrition skyrocketed after three years of playing college baseball. When a shoulder injury cut my playing career short, it became a turning point for me — teaching me how to face adversity head-on and build the mental toughness to overcome any obstacle.

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve been drawn to the process of becoming the best version of yourself — both mentally and physically. Competing at a high level and navigating setbacks taught me that your mind is a powerful tool in achieving more than you think is possible. That’s the philosophy I bring to every client: your mindset drives your consistency, resilience, and ability to push past challenges. When you find your “why,” you transform short-term motivation into lasting commitment.

Today, I combine my athletic background with my roles as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and Program & Analyst Coordinator for RC13 Sports — an innovative consulting firm specializing in athlete player development, injury protection, and promotion. I work with clients of all ages and training levels who want to move and perform better, lose body fat, improve endurance, prevent injury, build strength and muscle, and gain self-confidence. My training approach is upbeat, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that if you commit to the process, you can better yourself every single day.

Success is not an accident, success is actually a choice. And it comes from focusing on the process, not just the outcome.
