Inspired Fitness is West Sonoma County’s leading community for Pilates, yoga and group fitness. We are an Inspired Community–inclusive, serving clients at all fitness levels, from professional athletes to people recovering from physically traumatic life events. The Inspired Fitness community is positive, non-judgmental and upbeat with staff and instructors dedicated to unlocking the power of possibility in clients and themselves. The mission of Inspired Fitness is to build a community dedicated to personal growth through fitness that uncovers the best within all its members–mind, body and spirit.
Inspired Fitness Training Center was founded in 2008 by 3-time gold medal gymnast Jenn Fujii. Jenn’s passion is Inspiring others to actualize their life goals both in and out of the gym. Over the years, Jenn and Inspired Fitness has helped thousands of clients crush goals–no matter what their size, shape or athletic level.

Inspired Fitness started from one outdoor Bootcamp back in 2006 inspired by Jenn’s deep seated passion to provide a platform for personal growth through movement.
Over the years that one Bootcamp grew into a full morning schedule with evening offerings. From there we added personal training alongside multiple other strength and conditioning classes including TRX, Spin, P90x and other formats. With a desire to have something for everyone, our Inspired Yoga and Inspired Pilates programs were born 7 years ago. And 2019 is closing with the expansion of Inspired Pilates.
Today, our four pillars–Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, and Personal Training–scale far and wide beyond your typical gym classes. Inspired Yoga includes Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Power Flow, Sound Healing, Guided Mediation…and programming continues to grow with demand. Our new Inspired Pilates includes Mat, Reformer and Spring Board classes along with Barre, Inferno Hot Pilates and more! All of this is complimented by our personal training options, workshops, teacher trainings and other special classes to fill out your calendar.
Whether you need one on one training, a yoga studio, a Pilates program or want to find balance through your strength and conditioning training, we’ve got something for all levels and all paths. We meet you where you’re at so you can grow where you want to go.
