Prerequisites:
Certified Yoga Teachers who maintain a minimum 200 RYT looking to fulfill Yoga Alliance Continuing Ed requirements.

Credit:
This 75 hour course is good for 60 contact hour and 10 non-contact hour credit through the Yoga Alliance including:

• TPP: 30 contact, 5 non-contact hours

• TM: 35 contact, 5 non-contact hours

LEARN how to weave themes into your classes that are tied to a higher purpose in life. As a student in this course you will:

• Sharpen your skills in creative sequencing

• Learn how to build creative transitions without needing to redesign a new sequence every time

• Lead Pranayama and how to thread it in as a theme to your class

• Learn Mantra and how to thread in as a theme to your class
