I founded River Physio to offer a more personalized, accessible, and un-rushed alternative to traditional physical therapy. After more than a decade working in some of the Bay Area’s largest hospital-based orthopedic clinics, I’m proud to now provide high-level, convenient care—deeply rooted in whole-person wellness—that helps people recover faster, achieve better outcomes, and experience longer-lasting results.
My approach blends evidence-based treatment, deep listening, and true collaboration. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply aiming to move and feel better, I create customized treatment plans that fit your life—so you can stay fit for life.
Partnering with Inspired Fitness is a natural fit. The shared passion for health and wellness is undeniable, and the belief that movement is medicine aligns perfectly with my own. It also feels like coming full circle: I grew up in the gym as a competitive gymnast and coach, studied exercise science in college, and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University.
I’m passionate about helping people return to—and maintain—the ability to do what they love. I aim to build meaningful, long-term relationships with my clients and their families—not just to guide them through rehabilitation, but to serve as a trusted resource for health and wellness for years to come. In addition to concierge physical therapy, I selectively offer therapeutic bodywork for those who may benefit from a more integrative, hands-on approach.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me on the river with my husband and two kids, soaking in the beauty of nature and the community we call home.
