How has Inspired Fitness helped you reach your goals? 

Inspired Fitness has helped me reach my goals in many ways! The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable, and there are so many different classes that it’s hard to fit them all in.

Last October I hurt my back and was unable to work out for 2 1/2 months. To help get me through this challenging time, I started training with Heather, a Pilates instructor, on a weekly basis. With Heather’s guidance, I can stand and walk in a neutral position, and I’m feeling better than I did prior to my injury.  Heather is amazing!

Once I felt stronger, I added Pilates classes with Gwendolyn.  Gwendolyn is helping me build strength and flexibility, and she’s encouraging me to do other things I never dreamed I would be able to do with my body … pain free!  Gwendolyn is both tough and sweet!

I also train twice a week with Jenn Fujii, owner. Jenn is training master and kicks my butt! At 69 years young I am stronger than I have ever been, and I absolutely love that feeling! It’s been a struggle to lose the 20 pounds that I put on these last two years.  Throughout this time, Jenn and Anna have helped me adjust my diet accordingly so I can continue getting all food my body needs without starving myself. With their support I’m well on my way to achieving my health and fitness goals!

Why do you love Inspired Fitness?

Initially, I joined Inspired Fitness four years ago because I wanted to take spin classes. Since then, I’ve gotten so much more than I ever imagined: community.

Inspired Fitness is a community of men and women who want to get in shape, stay in shape, get healthy, and most importantly, have fun along the way.

 Inspired Fitness is more than a gym. It’s my community!
